On June 23rd on 2026 at 21:25, I Deputy Coleman was dispatched to [800 BLOCK] Brantley in reference to someone repeatedly hitting the back of her vehicle.
When I arrived on scene, I Deputy Coleman spoke with [VICTIM #1]. She stated that she has been staying with her boyfriend Buck Oliver at [700 BLOCK] Zion Hill Road.
[VICTIM #1] informed me that Oliver was drinking tonight and they got into an argument. She decided to gather some of her belongings and leave and go pick up her son from the movies. While she was trying to leave the argument got worse and she attempted to leave the residence in a Gold Chevrolet Suburban and he threw a alcoholic beverage bottle at her vehicle hitting it. [VICTIM #1] then stated that she speed away from the residence trying to get away from Oliver but that he jumped into his vehicle a Gold Kia Sorento and pursued her.
[VICTIM #1] stated that while she was driving to he was chasing her. She stated that he rammed the back of her vehicle two or three times causing her to almost lose control. She stated that their was big truck in front of her on Highway 319 so she could not get away from him and he repeatedly kept ramming into the back of her vehicle. [VICTIM #1] stated that Oliver then turned the lights off to his vehicle and left the area of the scene of the accident.
After speaking to [VICTIM #1] myself and other deputies went to [700 BLOCK] Zion Hill Road to attempt to locate Buck Oliver. When Deputies arrived on scene, the Gold Kia Sorento was not there. I Deputy Coleman observed belongings under the carport piled up together and a alcoholic beverage bottle in the driveway, I also observed skid marks under the carport and in the drive way where it appeared that vehicles left in a hurry.
I Deputy Coleman took pictures of the back of the Gold Chevrolet Suburban. I observed damage to the rear end area of the vehicle and also damage to the left back quarter panel area of the vehicle. I advised [VICTIM #1] that report would made and how to obtain a copy. I advised her to also go to the courthouse to meet with a deputy so she set up a time to get the remainder of her belongings from [700 BLOCK] Zion Hill Road.
