[NARRATIVE #1 on July 24, 2026]
On 07/24/2026 I Deputy Fordham Along with Deputies Hall and Butler were dispatched to Dublin Eastman Road in reference to a possible Domestic altercation happening in a vehicle. The complainant was following the vehicle and advised that someone in the vehicle kept opening the door and looked as if they were trying to get out of the vehicle as it was traveling on the highway. The vehicle was a white Jeep with a Thigpen drive out tag.
While on the way to the area the complainant advised that vehicle had pulled into a residence that was later identified as [REDACTED]. The vehicle was stopped at the end of the driveway and Moir was in the driver seat with one child in the car. Upon making contact with [VICTIM #1] and Moir they advised that they were having an argument going down the road and [VICTIM #1] advised that Moir was trying to get out of the vehicle while it was traveling.
Upon speaking to Moir, she advised that she found out that [VICTIM #1] was cheating on her and they began having an argument inside the vehicle. Both parties advised that their children were in the vehicle while the argument was going on.
Both parties also advised that it never got physical between them only arguing. During the interview process of both [VICTIM #1] and Moir, I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from Moir. I asked her if she had been drinking and she and [VICTIM #1] both advised yes but only a couple.
After investigating the incident [VICTIM #1] advised that he was willing to leave the residence for the night to let things settle down. Deputies considered that the best course of action for the call. Moir was asked to walk to the residence and let [VICTIM #1] drive because he had not been drinking. Moir then began to curse and scream at deputies as she walked back to the house.
Deputies followed both parties to the residence so that [VICTIM #1] could get what he needed for the night and Moir was still screaming and cursing at deputies in front of the couple’s kids. The decision was made at that time to placer Moir under arrest for Disorderly conduct. I asked Moir to step out of the doorway and away from her kids and she said no an that we could not come in her house to get her. I then stepped in the door way and asked Moir to come with me and she began resisting.
I then grabbed Moir by the arm to lead her out of the residence, at this time [REDACTED BY AGENCY] (5 yo Juvenile) was on the couch and reached for her mother and Moir then pushed [REDACTED BY AGENCY] causing her to fall and flip on the couch. At this time Moir was escorted by deputies to my patrol unit and placed under arrest for Cruelty to Children.
I will be obtaining a warrant and the earliest convenience.
