[NARRATIVE #1 on April 29, 2026]

During Superior Court on todays date the offender, Keyondra Spikes was in the courtroom as observer. When the judge sentenced the inmate to time with Board of Corrections. The family jumped up and wanted the inmate to “give hugs” to his small children. I informed him that was not allowed. His attorney then asked the judge if the inmate could go hug his family members and the judge denied request. Keyondra Spikes, girlfriend of inmate, began yelling and cussing in the courtroom as she left the courtroom.

Twiggs County Deputy Marks was here as a witness on the same case. She was an arresting officer on one of the charges for the inmate. She waited until the parties had left the courtroom and proceeded to the parking lot to her patrol vehicle. The offender began following her to the vehicle yelling and threatening her stating that she would find her out of uniform and “beat your a*s”. She kept yelling across the parking lot, “i’m gonna see you b*tch” “I’m gonna see you out of uniform”.

Deputy Duvall ran outside and grabbed Spikes with Deputy Marks and placed her under arrest.
