On April 17, 2026 at approximately 12:23 PM, I, Sergeant George Mallory, was dispatched to 511 Southern Pines Road in reference to walk-in.

I arrived on scene and met the complainant, [WITNESS #1]. [WITNESS #1] stated that East Laurens High School’s School Resource officer, Sergeant Mark Graham advised her to come to our Sheriffs Office to file this report.

[WITNESS #1] stated that on Saturday and Sunday her husband, Timothy Thomas was having inappropriate communications with her seventeen year old daughter, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. [WITNESS #1] stated she discovered this this morning and went the the school to report it.

[WITNESS #1] stated that she has her daughter’s phone with the text messages saved and screenshotted. [WITNESS #1] showed me the messages on the phone. I saw the messages, On Sunday morning at approximately 1:31 AM until 2:27 AM., Thomas’ messages [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Next the message [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. There were other references [REDACTED BY AGENCY] to “delete these messages”.

[WITNESS #1] stated that Thomas is [REDACTED BY AGENCY]’s step father and that he does not live with them because Thomas is out on bond and has bond conditions restricting him from having any contact with her children.

I advised [WITNESS #1] to save and secure the information and phone. I advised [WITNESS #1] that she may obtain a copy of this report from the Laurens County Sheriffs Office within several days.
