On 07/23/2025 at approximately 1039 hrs, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Big Oak Drive Leesburg, GA 31763 in reference to abandoned children.

Prior to arrival, dispatch advised the complainant [WITNESS #1] advised of two children being naked and in the roadway.

Upon arrival, I observed the two children (Later identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in front of this location, naked and standing with [WITNESS #1]. Upon observing the kids I recognized them belonging to Bryan King (Offender/Arrested) and Destiny Hammock (Offender/Arrested) from previous incidents.

I made contact with [WITNESS #1], who essentially stated the following: [WITNESS #1] stated he was driving down the road, when he observed the two kids mentioned earlier, naked and walking in the middle of the road. [WITNESS #1] stated he stopped to check on the kids, but was advised by neighbors not to approach this address, due to history with the address.

Deputy Worley responded and we were able to get the kids wrapped in a jacket. I waited for Lt. Stone to arrive on scene. While waiting I made contact with SVU (Special Victim’s Unit) Investigators Baisden and Davis, who were clear on the call. Baisden advised she would contact DFACS for the children and respond to the scene if needed. [WITNESS #1] advised he would watch [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] for the time being until DFACS arrived. Upon Lt. Stone’s arrival, we approached the rear of this location and observed the rear door wide open. Lt. Stone and I cleared the residence and located two adults identified as Bryan King and Destiny Hammock, passed out in the southwest bedroom. I observed a large fixed blade knife next to Bryan. I moved the knife for Lt. Stone’s and my safety. We (Lt. Stone and I) proceeded to wake Bryan and Destiny up.

Upon waking the two up we asked them where [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and [REDACTED BY AGENCY] were and Bryan advised on the back porch. We asked who was watching them and Bryan responded he and Destiny were. At this point Lt. Stone and placed Bryan and Destiny under arrest (DL/TC) for Reckless Conduct. Bryan was taken to the rear of my car and searched incident to arrest by Lt. Stone, who located a silver in color metal container in his front left pocket which contained a white in color crystal like substance believed to be meth. Using the back of my hand, I checked Destiny’s waist line and pockets which was met with negative results. I read Bryan and Destiny their Miranda Rights and they both agreed to speak with me without a lawyer present. Both Bryan and Destiny stated they were up late and overslept.

During this time, Lt. Stone used a field test kit to test the white crystal like substance for meth which tested positive. Photos were taken of the meth and the test kit and uploaded to this report. During this time [REDACTED] arrived on scene. I spoke with Investigator Baisden who advised it was okay for [REDACTED] to take [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] into his care. [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] were released to [REDACTED]. During this time a black dog and a brown dog were out roaming in the yard and animal control was called to retrieve them.

I transported Bryan to the Lee County Jail and Lt. Stone transported Destiny to the jail and both were released to the intake staff without further incident.

Warrants for Cruelty to Children in the second, Reckless Conduct, and Possession of Schedule II were attempted on Bryan and Judge Thurman signed the Reckless Conduct and Possession warrant (Warrant Numbers W25-410 and W25-411). Warrants for Reckless Conduct and Cruelty to Children in the second were tried for Destiny and Judge Thurman signed the Reckless Conduct (Warrant Number: W25-412). Judge Thurman would not sign the Cruelty to Children in the second degree warrants as he believed it did not meet the requirements and the kids have been naked since they were born.

The warrants were turned into SGT. Mincey at the Lee County Jail along with a victim notification form. The meth was collected and turned in with property receipt number 18247 along with a GBI submission form for testing.

It should be noted the power has been off at this location since 07/12/2025.
