On 06/24/2025 at approximately 2310 hours, I responded to [2800 BLOCK] Palmyra Road Lot [REDACTED] (Palmyra Mobile Home Park) in reference to disorderly conduct.

Upon arrival, I observed Kellie Velez, Brittany Velez, and Santos Velez actively fighting outside of Lot [REDACTED], with [VICTIM #1] attempting to separate the subjects. Lee County Dispatch advised upon my arrival, one of the subjects had a knife. I made contact with Santos Velez, who was intoxicated, who essentially stated the following: Brittany and [VICTIM #1] were jealous that he hooked up with Kellie. He and Brittany were getting a divorce, also [VICTIM #1] and Kellie were getting a divorce. Kellie started an argument with Brittany and there was a physical altercation between all three of them. Brittany brought out a knife from the residence at Lot [REDACTED] which she threatened to harm herself. Santos was able to take the knife away from Brittany but received a cut on his left hand.

I made contact with Kellie, who was intoxicated, who essentially stated the following: She was upset at Brittany due to the divorce drama and there was a physical altercation outside of Lot [REDACTED].

I made contact with Brittany who essentially stated the following: She was startled by banging on the front door of Lot [REDACTED]. Kellie was banging on the door and asking for Santos. There was a physical altercation between them. She woke up Santos and told him to deal with Kellie. Brittany brought a knife from the residence and threatened to use it on herself, but Santos took it away from her.

I made contact with [VICTIM #1] who essentially stated the following: She heard Kellie yelling outside and went to deal with the situation. She attempted to control Kellie and keep her from fighting Brittany. When Santos exited the residence she attempted to keep all three from fighting. She provided Surveillance footage which showed Kellie, Brittany, and Santos fighting outside of Lot [REDACTED].

I observed Kellie, Brittany, and Santos fighting outside of Lot [REDACTED] upon my arrival. I observed a cut to be on Santos’ left pinky finger from him taking away the knife. I observed all three subjects to be covered in dirt from fighting on the ground. I observed the surveillance footage to show all three subjects fighting, and [VICTIM #1] trying to control the subjects. Due to Kellie, Brittany, and Santos fighting and disturbing the peace and tranquility of the neighborhood, they were arrested for Disorderly Conduct 46-3 (County Ordinance). Subjects were arrested by placing their hands behind their backs and handcuffed (DL/TC). They were transported to the Lee County Jail, where they were turned over to the jail staff. Subjects were written the following Magistrate Summons, which were given to the jail staff:

Kellie Velez (MC01239) Disorderly Conduct 46-3
Brittany Velez (MC01238) Disorderly Conduct 46-3
Santos Velez (MC01234) Disorderly Conduct 46-3

I took photographs of the scene, blood stains, and knives which were located at the scene, which were uploaded to this report.
