[NARRATIVE #1 on July 26, 2026]

On Sunday, July 26, 2026, at approximately 1151 hours, I was dispatched to [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to a harassment complaint. At approximately 1205 hours, I arrived on scene and made contact with the victim/complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY].

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated her husband, whom she identified as Mr. David Beasley had been sending her messages through Facebook Messenger. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the messages were sent starting July 22, 2026, at approximately 1156 hours and up to July 25th. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was able to provide screenshots of a message thread from an individual whose name was displayed as Mike Beasley. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] showed me screenshots of the messages before they were deleted from the chat thread.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also provided a copy of a Family Violence Ex Parte Protective Order [REDACTED BY AGENCY] against Mr. Beasley. The order was signed on June 30, 2026, by Superior Court Judge Charles Rose of the Atlantic Judicial Circuit. The Ex Parte Protective Order states the respondent is ordered to have no contact, either directly or indirectly or through another person, with the petitioner by telephone, fax, email, or any other means of communication, including social media.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] also provided me with screenshots of voicemails that were sent to her phone on July 25, 2026, from a contact saved in her phone as David Beasley. When asked if she could identify the person who sent the messages, Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] identified Mr. Beasley by his voice and by the phone number associated with the messages. Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated she felt harassed by this incident and wanted to make a report.

A warrant will be sought for Mr. Beasley for Violating Family Violence Order.

Ms. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] was provided with a victim’s pamphlet and given instructions on report procedures and how to obtain a copy of this report.

[NARRATIVE #2 on July 29, 2026]

On Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at approximately 0929 hours, I was conducting a warrant service at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] in reference to an outstanding arrest warrant for Mr. David Beasly.

Upon arriving at the residence, I made contact with Mr. Beasly at the front door. I instructed him to step off the porch, and he complied without incident. I advised Mr. Beasly that he was being detained and placed him in handcuffs, which were checked for proper fit and double locked. I then conducted a Terry frisk for weapons, and no weapons were located. Prior to placing Mr. Beasly into my patrol vehicle, I searched the rear compartment of the vehicle and found no contraband. Mr. Beasly was then escorted to the rear of my patrol vehicle.

Sergeant Tomlinson notified Liberty County Dispatch that one male was detained and requested a warrant status check. Dispatch confirmed that Mr. Beasly had an active Liberty County Magistrate Court warrant, number 26-WM-006974C, for Violation of family violence protective order, and advised that the warrant was valid. After confirmation of the warrant, I advised Mr. Beasly that he was under arrest. I conducted a search incident to arrest, and no weapons or contraband were found on his person. Mr. Beasly was then secured in the rear of my patrol vehicle with a vehicle safety restraint.

I transported Mr. Beasly to the Liberty County Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff without incident. No contraband was found on his person upon arrival at the jail. Before returning to service, I conducted a search of the rear compartment of my patrol vehicle, and no contraband was located.
