On December 29, 2025, at approximately 08:30, I Umana was given a cell phone by Investigator Hinsley to listen to a Spanish-language recording on it.
As I started listening to the recording, to the best of my knowledge, I heard a female and a male voice at the beginning. The male and female were having a conversation about going to court on behalf of the kids and about 50/50 custody. Then they were having a discussion about their relationship that would never work out because of their past, and she was over him and wanted nothing to do with him.
At one point, the male kept insisting on their relationship, and the female said, “I’m done talking about us. Can you leave?” But the male kept insisting. I did hear the female saying, “No, Rico, get off, stop, no, and she continued saying, “Take it out, I don’t want it, get off.”
The female did say, “Just because we are married, it doesn’t give you the right to do what you did.” The female also asked him, “Did you finish inside of me?” She also asked him, “What did you do to me? It burns, and that has never happened to me.” The male also keeps asking her to give him a kiss, and she says no. The female keeps saying, No, no, I don’t want anything to do with you. I’m done with you.”
