On this date and at this time I was dispatched to the Dollar General on Hwy 106 in Hull in reference to a female in the parking lot exposing herself to customers.
Dispatch advised that the store manager called in and wanted the female barred from the property.
In route to the call dispatch advised that the Coroner called in also and stated the female was exposing herself to patrons in the parking lot.
I arrived on scene and made contact with Tabitha Wilson. I have dealt with her many times and I know that she stays intoxicated. She was in the parking lot in front of the entrance. She had a Budweiser in one hand and a White Claw in the other. When I approached her she was talking in gibberish, like she was chanting. Nothing she said made sense. She would start talking about something, then mid-sentence change topic.
I met with the store manager who said that she had been propositioning men in the parking lot. The manager said that Tabitha chased one man to his car then chased the car out of the parking lot. The manager asked that Tabitha be barred from the property.
I arrested Tabitha for public intoxication and public indecency. I then barred her from the property for 2 years.
Tabitha had 2 small dogs with her. I put them in the car with us and I took them to her house at her request. They were turned over to a male at her house.
I then transported Tabitha to the jail where she was turned over to jailers for processing
Charges will be taken in this matter.
