I officer Solomon was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] hand ave in reference to a hispanic male subject hitting on a car with a baseball bat.
Once on scene the subject was located and immediately put into hand cuffs and put into the back of patrol vehicle 35. Mr. Hurrea has been drinking and his clothes and person smells of sweat and alcoholic beverages. When arrested Mr. Hurrea was drinking can of Bud Ice beer that was still cold to the touch. Once at the police department Mr. Hurrea was told multiple times why he was being arrested and sent to jail but he would soon for get and ask again. Mr. Hurrea is being charged with drunk and disorderly conduct for his actions of this day. Mr. Hurrea also refused to sign his city ordinance citation so citation will have refused to sign for signature.
