On 03-30-2026 I Officer Zachary Fallin was called to the area of Market IGA in reference to a white male that had attempted to shop lift from the store. 911 advised that the male was dressed all in black and walking towards Piggly Wiggly.
Myself and Investigator Lamb went to Piggly Wiggly to locate the subject. We spoke to the Manager of Piggly Wiggly who stated that the white male had previously tried to shop lift from there store and had to tell him to leave. We located the White male subject on East Railroad walking past Freedom Park. Myself and Investigator Lamb made contact with the male a Mr.Andy Sapp DOB [REDACTED], Mr. Sapp stated that he had been trying to take things because he was hungry. Mr. Sapp was arrested for Loitering and Prowling and Disorderly Conduct.
