[NARRATIVE #1 on July 22, 2026]

This officer E.B. Beasley and Sgt Richard Taylor responded to [100 BLOCK] A Mlk Blvd. in reference to a fight.

Upon arrival we met with [VICTIM #1] who stated that he went there to check on his mother and he and Jermaine Feafin had got into an arguement and started fighting. [VICTIM #1] stated that Feagin reached into [VICTIM #1] pocket and got his gun from him and pointed it at him and when he found out the police were coming Feagin ran out the back door with the gun. [VICTIM #1] stated that the gun was a glock 40 cal.

In talking to the witness [WITNESS #1] he stated that Feagin took the gun out of [VICTIM #1] pocket and chambered a bullet into the barrel and pointed the gun at [VICTIM #1] and then ran out the back door with the gun.

[NARRATIVE #2 on August 03, 2026]

I officer Solomon was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Bowen St in reference to a stolen firearm that was found by the owner. Mr. [VICTIM #1] the owner of the stolen firearm stated that he was over at his mothers home and he happened to come across the firearm. Mr. [VICTIM #1] wanted to turn the firearm over to the Pelham Police Department so he may have his firearm back with out it being in GCIC as stolen.

Transfer of custody has been filed out and firearm has been turned over to the Pelham Police Department for further investigation on case.
