On 6/26/2026 at approximately 0034 hours, Forsyth Police officers were dispatch to [500 BLOCK] Cabiness Road, apartment [REDACTED], located within the jurisdiction of Forsyth, Georgia, in reference to juveniles making noise. Upon arrival, while officers were investigating the noise complaint at [REDACTED]. Officers witnessed an active domestic dispute, occurring at apartment [REDACTED]. Loud terrifying screams were heard coming from a female at [REDACTED] and the female yelling and cursing at a male was heard.

At one point the male walked outside the apartment with a basket of clothes, and it appeared that the male was attempting to move his belongings out as the female verbally assaulted him. Officer Dent attempted to speak with the subjects, but the female half opened the door to the apartment and then slammed the door, while Officer Dent stood in the doorway. I then made an attempt to speak with the subjects inside the apartment. The female opened the front door and then slammed the door in my face and struck my right knee and yelled “YOU AINT GOT NO SEARCH WARRANT AND YOU AINT COMING IN MY HOUSE”,.

The female did appear to be in an irate frame of mind. I knocked again on the front door and a male answered and he then slammed the door in my face and stated, “YOU DON’T HAVE A SEARCH WARRANT”. I then proceeded to patiently wait at the front door and I continued to listen to the female continuing to slam items and continued to verbally curse and yell at the male half. At one point I heard a loud rustling noise as if there was a physical altercation, occurring inside the living room area between the male and female.

I did believe by my training, knowledge, and experience that there was a physical assault taking place inside the residence and due to the front door being locked and closed, I could not see inside the residence. I made several attempts to force entry into the residence, but was unsuccessful. The female subject heard me attempting to make entry and then opened the front door. The female was placed into custody and then the male half was also placed into custody.

The male did initially resist being placed in handcuffs, but after a brief struggle handcuffs were placed on his wrist. Due to the large crowd of spectators in the front parking lot the subjects were transported to the Monroe County jail, where they both were identified. The male was identified as Jermey Davis and the female was identified as Alicedinoa Jones.

I spoke with Jones and she stated she was intoxicated and she was about to fight several females that were downstairs, but we showed up. Jones stated her boyfriend Davis was not to blame for any of this, it was all her fault. Jones stated she told her boyfriend to slam the front door on me, because her family member told her police need a search warrant to come in her house. Jones stated neither her nor her boyfriend got violent with each other and she was only throwing things around inside the apartment.

I then spoke to Davis and he stated he was only trying to calm his girlfriend down. Davis was extremely apologetic and stated he did not mean for any of what occurred to happen. Davis stated he and Jones have just moved here from Barnesville and what I observed is how he and Jones communicate. Both Jones and Davis were charged with Obstruction (16-10-24), loud noise (14-2) and five counts of Disorderly Conduct (15-8). Once things were calm, handcuffs were double locked and loosened on both subjects for comfortability.

Both were released to the custody of the Monroe County jail. Officers did go back over to apartment [REDACTED] in an attempt to lock secure the apartment, but was unsuccessful in securing the apartment, due to there only being a dead bolt. Due to the nature of the incident, command staff were notified.
