AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AGAINST A PEACE OFFICER

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, I, Deputy Wilson Robert #316, was dispatched to the Shell Station located at 985 GA-42 N, in reference to a suspicious female walking around the parking lot.

Upon my arrival, I made contact with Miss [REDACTED BY AGENCY] who I immediately observed to have bruising on her face, under her eye, a busted/bloody lip, red marks/early onset bruising on her neck, and multiple bruises on her forearms that appeared to be defensive marks. As I began to speak with this [VICTIM #1], she stated that she had stayed at the roadway Inn last night in room [REDACTED] with a gentleman by the name of Mr. Allen Wise. When asked, [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. wise was her boyfriend, however, she indicated that their relationship had been complicated. As I continued to speak with [VICTIM #1], she stated that her and Mr. wise had gotten into an argument last night, that had ultimately escalated to the point of being physical.

[VICTIM #1] stated that, while her and Mr. Wise had been yelling, Mr. Wise had struck her in the face with an open palm, followed by placing her in a headlock and taking her down to the ground. [VICTIM #1] also stated, that, during this confrontation, Mr. Wise had taken his hands and deliberately placed them around her throat to choke her. [VICTIM #1] stated that all of this occurred inside of the hotel room last night, and that Mr. Wise had left at approximately 10:45 AM this date. [VICTIM #1] also advised that she had been removed from the room herself after she had decided not to purchase an additional night in the hotel room. [VICTIM #1] was provided with a case number for this incident and units with Forsyth Police Department attempted to get her a room at the same hotel utilizing a free room voucher. Despite this, the hotel management declined to allow [VICTIM #1] to stay, sighting issues they had with her leading up to this incident.

Attempts were made by Sgt. Rogers and I to locate Mr. Allen Wise to include going to his place of residency at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] Despite this, we were unable to locate Mr. wise and we’re also advised by his parents, also located at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] that they had not seen him in months.

Warrants were taken out on Mr. wise for Aggravated Assault and Battery.
