On 06/22/2026 at approximately 2049 hours, I was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Union Hill Drive, Union Hill Apartments, Apartment [REDACTED] in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, I made contact with Ms. Brittany Rogers.
Ms. Rogers stated that while in the parking lot in front of Building [REDACTED], she was speaking with Mr. Antron Hendrix and [REDACTED] when she reached into her pocket and removed approximately $180.00 in U.S. currency. Ms. Rogers stated that Mr. Hendrix requested to borrow a portion of the money, but she declined, advising him that the money was needed to pay her bills.
Ms. Rogers stated that Mr. Hendrix told her it was “messed up” that she would not allow him to borrow the money and then snatched the cash from her hand. Ms. Rogers advised that she repeatedly requested that Mr. Hendrix return the money, but he refused and stated he was not giving anything back. Ms. Rogers further stated that she advised Mr. Hendrix she was going to call 911 if he did not return the money.
Ms. Rogers stated that [REDACTED] attempted to convince Mr. Hendrix to return the money. She further stated that when she advised she was going to call 911, [REDACTED] was physically gesturing and mouthing to her to do so.
Ms. Rogers advised that she attempted to retrieve the money from Mr. Hendrix’s hand; however, when she did so, Mr. Hendrix pulled away and made a gesture as if he was going to strike her if she attempted to take the money again.
Ms. Rogers then stated that Mr. Hendrix backed out of the parking lot and left the scene. Ms. Rogers attempted to follow Mr. Hendrix but was unable to locate him.
Ms. Rogers was provided with my name, badge number, and the Forsyth Police Department Victim’s Rights Trifold, which included the case number associated with this incident.
A warrant has been issued for Mr. Hendrix for the charges of Theft by Taking and Simple Assault.
