On March 22nd, 2026 at approximately 21:34, I was dispatched to 200 N Lee Street at Dairy Queen in reference to two males trying to fight everyone inside the establishment. Upon arrival I was flagged down by a hispanic male. He advised me that his son was assaulted by a worker inside the establishment. I then made contact with the son who was identified as Alexander, Kaleb.

Mr. Alexander advised me that the workers shut the door in his face and locked it. His sister that was inside the establishment opened the door to let him use the restroom. He went into the bathroom and a male worker came up and pushed him. I then went inside the establishment and made contact with the manager identified as [VICTIM #1].

Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised me that Mr. Alexander came inside the establishment after the doors were locked. Two other customers were exiting the store and he came inside. He then proceeded to yell “f*ck you” and ran into the bathroom. She knocked on the door and told him that the store was closed. He started cursing and called her a “b*tch”. She asked a male employee to go escort him out of the establishment. Mr. Alexander bucked up to the male co worker in a aggressive manner and said “lets take this outside and imma f*ck you up”.

I then went back outside to make contact with Mr. Alexander. I asked him about the initial interaction to which he stated he did cuss out the manager. I then placed Mr. Alexander under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Cuffs were applied, double locked, and checked for fit. I then placed Mr. Alexander into the rear seat of my patrol vehicle.

Upon further investigation I made contact with the male co worker identified as [VICTIM #2]. He advised me that Ms. [VICTIM #1] asked him to remove Mr. Alexander off the property. He became aggressive and bucked up at him. He then threaten him to come outside and he would “f*ck” him up. Another witness identified as [WITNESS #1] advised she witness the entire interaction. I then had all parties fill out a witness statement form. Mr. [VICTIM #2] did advised me that he wanted to place charges on Mr. Alexander.

I then went back to my patrol vehicle and advised Mr. Alexander that he was also being charged with Simple Assault. I then transported Mr. Alexander to the Monroe County Detention Center and Custody was exchanged to the Monroe County Jail Staff.
