On Wednesday April 29th at approximately 2200 hours, I, Deputy Walker, was dispatched to [REDACTED] in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, I made contact with a white male who identified himself as Ryan White. Mr. White stated he was upset with his stepchildren for not answering their phones, as it was time for them to come home. He further stated that he and his wife had been involved in a verbal altercation and admitted that he pushed her.
I verified Mr. White’s identity through my in-car computer. He was identified as Charles Ryan White, date of birth [REDACTED], of Forsyth, GA.
While Cpl. Brooks remained with Mr. White, I made contact with a white female who identified herself as [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her husband, Mr. White, became upset with his stepchildren for not answering their phones. She further stated that when her oldest son, [VICTIM #2], arrived home, Mr. White became aggressive toward him and grabbed his necklace, ripping it off his neck.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she intervened and told her husband to stop being aggressive toward her son. At that point, she stated Mr. White became aggressive toward her, chasing her around the living room before grabbing her by the neck with both hands, putting his right hand around the front of her neck and his left hand on the back of her neck restricting her breathing to the point of almost losing consciousness and had Ms. [VICTIM #1] in fear for her life, also leaving visible red marks.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her son, [VICTIM #2], intervened in an attempt to stop Mr. White. She further stated that Mr. White then turned his aggression toward [VICTIM #2].
I verified Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s identity through my in-car computer. She was identified as [VICTIM #1], date of birth [REDACTED], of Forsyth, GA.
I then spoke with [VICTIM #2], who was identified as [VICTIM #2], date of birth [REDACTED]. Mr. [VICTIM #2] stated that Mr. White had called him to come home and, upon his arrival, aggressively confronted him and ripped his necklace off.
