On Saturday April 18, 2026 at approximately 1951 hours, I, deputy yeager was dispatched to the residence of [300 BLOCK] Big Buck trail In reference to a Domestic.

Before my arrival I was advised by my dispatch that a male subject by the name of Daniel Nash was being physical with a female at the residence. I was also advised that Daniel had a pistol on his person.

Upon arrival there were several female Individuals exiting the residence while crying. I asked [WITNESS #1] where Daniel was and she advised he was still Inside the residence. Not knowing the severity of the situation I drew my sidearm and advised Daniel to exit the residence. I could hear Daniel and a female voice yelling Inside the home.

The victim [VICTIM #1] advised Daniel was towards the rear of the residence and that there was a back door. I Immediately went to the rear of the residence to ensure that Daniel was not going to make an attempt to escape Into the woods. While I was at the rear of the residence the yelling between the parties grew louder and I observed the bedroom light turn on. I then went to the front of the residence where Daniel came out onto the porch.

Unsure of where his Firearm was, I kept my sidearm drawn while giving verbal commands to keep his hands visible and walk towards me while placing his hands behind his back.

I placed Daniel In handcuffs and Into the passenger side rear of my patrol vehicle for my safety and his until I furthered my Investigation. I asked Daniel to explain what was going on and he stated him and his GirlFriend [VICTIM #1] got Into a verbal argument and that she threw Items at his vehicle. He also stated she looked as If she was about to strike him so he grabbed her wrists to prevent her from making contact.

I then advised Daniel I was going to speak with [VICTIM #1] as I closed the door of my patrol car.

[VICTIM #1] stated Daniel has been very uptight all day. She then went on to explain the situation that occurred. [VICTIM #1] stated Daniel was In the front yard working on his truck when she asked If he needed any help. She said Daniel got very Irate and proceeded to throw a hammer at her and missed.

[VICTIM #1] stated she Immediately went Inside and locked the door so she could separate herself from him and calm down. Daniel then began pounding on the door and yelling to unlock the door. When she opened the front door she put her arm out advising him to calm down and back away from her and this Is when Daniel grabbed a hold of her hair with his right hand and grabbing the left side of her face with his left hand pulling her towards the ground Inside the residence. Her three Juvenile daughters witnessed the situation and were yelling at Daniel to let go of her and when he did he forcefully pushed her away and began yelling at the daughters to mind their business.

I then asked [VICTIM #1] If daniel has been physical In the past and she stated when they first started dating two years ago, In November of 2024 he open palm struck her across the face but has not been physical since.

I spoke with [WITNESS #2] who stated she witnessed Daniel yanking and pulling her mothers hair and dragging her Into the house.

When I spoke with [WITNESS #1] she stated she heard them outside arguing and then a loud bang noise and was told by her sister [WITNESS #3] that he threw a hammer at their mother but missed and struck the house.

I then spoke with [WITNESS #3] who stated she was looking through the living room window as Daniel and her mother were arguing and watched Daniel throw the hammer at her missing and striking the house. She stated she witnessed him grab and pull her mothers hair while yelling at him to let her mother go. She then advised Daniel was yelling back at all of them to stay out of his business.

I advised [VICTIM #1] of the CareCottage for any remedies she may require.

At this time I advised Daniel he was being placed under arrest where I then transported him to the Monroe County Jail and was booked In and turned over to Jail staff awaiting warrants.

I asked my dispatch to run and Criminal History on Daniel which will be uploaded Into the linked files of the report.

Daniel will be charged with the following:

• Agg. Assault
• Simple Battery
• Cruelty to children In the third degree X3
