[NARRATIVE #1 on August 08, 2026]

On August 8th, 2026 at approximately 1845 hours, I Officer Minut responded to [200 BLOCK] W Johnston St, Forsyth in regards to a white male screaming in the callers yard.

When I arrived on scene, I activated my body worn camera and spoke with the white male that was sitting in her driveway. The male was heavily intoxicated and had on open container of malt liquor next to him. The male identified as Dustin Roberts, advised me he was here visiting a friend. When asked who the friend was he could not give me a name. The caller, [VICTIM #1], came out of the house to speak with us and she had no idea who the male was. Dustin kept calling [VICTIM #1] his mother and was admit that he knew her. While continuing to speak with Dustin I noticed his eyes were red and glassy, slurried speech, and was unaware what he was doing. Dustin was detained and placed in the back of Officer Dent’s patrol car.

[VICTIM #1] wanted the male trespassed from the property and to never come back again. [VICTIM #1] advised me this was not the first time the male had came on to her property before. This time [VICTIM #1] did see the male try to come inside the residence but did not make entry. [VICTIM #1] was advised a Criminal Trespass Warning will be given to him and be told to never come back to the residence.

The handcuffs were removed and he was explained the Criminal Trespass Warning. Dustin was also given a citation for Public Drunkeness. Officer Dent gave a curtesy ride to [100 BLOCK] W Johnston St where Dustin lives at.

[NARRATIVE #2 on August 08, 2026]

On August 8th, 2026 at approximately 2300 hours I Officer Minut responded to [100 BLOCK] W Johnston St in regards to the Dustin Roberts subject ringing doorbell in the area. When I arrived on scene, Dustin was not there and I was told he took off down the road towards W Main St. After searching the area I did notice a white male that appeared to be Dustin walk inside a residence at [40 BLOCK] Jones St. Not knowing for sure that was Dustin I continued to search the area. Cpl. Bell later radioed for me to come back to the [100 BLOCK] W Johnston St as Dustin was sitting on the porch of this residence.

I asked Dustin to stand up and placed him under arrest for Disorderly Conduct- Local Ordinance. I checked for proper tightness, doubled locked the cuffs, and Cpl. Bell searched his person for weapons and contraband. Dustin was then placed in the back of my patrol car with a seat belt. He was then transported to the Monroe County Jail and turned over to the facility.
