On April 11th, 2026, at approximately 2022, Officer Parrish was dispatched to [70 BLOCK] Brooklyn Ave, Forsyth, Ga in reference to a male subject, later to be identified as [VICTIM #1], stating his ex-girlfriend, later identified as Hailey Davis, was screaming and trying to beat down his door.

Upon arrival, I observed a white female in the yard yelling that she did not break the door. I then spoke with the complainant, [VICTIM #1], who stated he was in his bedroom, and she began yelling and screaming at him through the door and trying to beat the door down. He stated he had voice recordings of the altercation. I advised Mr. [VICTIM #1] to email me the voice recordings. I then asked if there was any damage to the door. Mr. [VICTIM #1] then took me to his bedroom, where I observed his bedroom door had two cracks in the door near the doorknob. Mr. [VICTIM #1] stated she had previously broken his door, and he had to put signs over the damage. Photos were taken of the damage to the door.

Upon exiting the home to speak with Ms. Davis, she continued to yell, stating she didn’t break his door and asking me not to arrest her. I observed Ms. Davis had an altered mental status. Ms. Davis was then placed under arrest.

Ms. Davis was cited and transported to Monroe County Detention Center. Ms. Davis was charged with Disorderly Conduct 15-8 Sub section (2) and (10) and Criminal Trespass 15-12.
