Driver 1 stated he did not know he had been in an accident. Vehicle 1 had obvious damage and paint transfer on it’s passenger side.
Driver 2 stated she was traveling North on Georgia 401 near mile marker 192 in the right lane. Driver 2 stated Vehicle 1 began to change lanes and side swiped her.
Witness 1 stated she was traveling behind Vehicle 1 and Vehicle 2. Witness 1 stated she saw Vehicle 1 strike Vehicle 2 and keep driving. She stated Vehicle 2 veered off onto the emergency lane and she kept up with Vehicle 1 to get it’s tag for law enforcement.
