On Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at approximately 7:16 p.m. Monroe County Dispatch advised Deputies that a woman called 911 at [900 BLOCK] Lee King Road screaming to send someone and that he was drunk. I Corporal Sammons responded. While en route Dispatch advised the subject was named Mike and was described as a shirt less male in swimming trunks.

Upon my arrival, I was met by multiple subjects in swimming clothes that were running towards me while pointing south on Lee King Road. Two subjects later identified as [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] informed me that “he” left the residence in a white F250 with dark tint heading towards the BP on Rumble Road. While doing this I also observed another female with blonde hair and a grey shirt on later found to be [WITNESS #2]. I informed other responding Deputies of the new situation and began driving towards the BP.

While south on Lee King Road shortly before it’s intersection with Lee King Circle, I was met head on with a White in color F250 driving at a high rate of speed in my lane heading towards me. I slowed my speed while steering into the ditch and the white F250 over corrected causing it’s passenger side to run off of the road. I immediately turned my vehicle around and activated my lights and sirens. I passed the residence attempting to keep up with the truck as I did not see it at the residence. Dispatch advised that the original complainant called back asking me to come back as Mike had returned.

I returned to the residence to find the F250 pulled behind the house. I immediately saw a white male in swimming trunks along with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] right around the truck. I noted multiple flower pots overturned behind the house along with dirt slung around. At this point I asked the male subject who was later identified as Kenneth Michael Lemieux what was going on. As soon as he began to speak, I detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person and he began to slur his words. While speaking with Lemieux, I also noticed [WITNESS #2] approaching from the [WITNESSES]’s residence. Lemieux informed me to ask everyone else what was going on and I informed him he was the one that almost hit me head on to which he replied “I know. I know man. I know.” I again said for him to tell me what was going on and he said “just fu*king take me to jail.” Lemieux had noticeably glassy, red and watery eyes while speaking with me. He asked if we could walk away from everyone to speak and then shortly after put his tailgate down to sit on. Lemieux continued to try and deflect when asked about what was occurring as well as continued to tell me to ask everyone else as if he was attempting to not speak to me much.

Lemieux had a small scratch on his left hand that was bleeding and when asked about it he got up again stating he could just show me while walking to the front of the truck. He stated that he had hurt his hand while planting flowers. While explaining how he got his injury, I noticed his words to be slurred and that he seemed to be having issues making understandable sentences. At this point I asked Lemieux how much he had to drink and he stated “I had a lil bit to drink”. I again asked how much and he signed exaggeratively while sitting down. I noticed that every time Lemieux would stand up, he would sit back down very quickly as if he was trying to hide the fact that he was having trouble standing up right. He asked if I was about to take him to jail. He then stated “I’ve had a couple of drinks”. When asked what that meant he sighed again.

[WITNESS #1] interjected and said “was it maybe a couple titos and cranberries?” Lemieux agreed and said he had them a couple hours ago. He then stated they had been in the [WITNESSES]’s pool for the past couple hours. It should be noted that everyone to include Lemieux had on visibly wet clothing. I then asked Lemieux what he was doing about 70 in the long lane of travel for and his appearance shifted. His shoulders lowered and he placed his hands over his face before sighing. He then asked “can I be honest? Can I say I was p*ssed?” He then after sighing again stated “I don’t want to say the wrong thing” and “that it’s not what you think man”. He then went on to admit he had a couple of drinks a couple hours ago and that his fiance and himself had been arguing but he was about to get his stuff and go to a hotel.

I asked Lemieux if he would submit to field sobriety evaluations before I allowed him to drive and he asked if he could just stay here. I then stated that he was already driving and he stated he did not want to do any field sobriety or give a breathe sample. Lemieux asked why would he do field sobriety and I stated he was driving 70 miles per hour on the wrong side of the road. He then asked if I could prove it. Lemieux was then informed to stand up and he was placed in handcuffs to the rear which were double locked and checked for proper fit. Lemieux told [WITNESS #1] to thank his mom for him being arrested. I informed him it had nothing to do with his mother, that he literally almost hit me and had to go into the ditch. Lemieux stated he knew and that he was sorry. He was then placed in the rear of my marked patrol car.

At this point [WITNESS #1] attempted to inform me of what occurred at his residence. [WITNESS #1] stated that he had gone back inside from swimming with everyone and was watching TV. He stated he heard yelling and came outside to see what was going on. He stated his dad told him to help his mother [VICTIM #1] but was then told to go back inside. [WITNESS #1] stated that Lemieux rushed inside and pushed his mother. [WITNESS #1] stated that Lemieux was sitting outside of his residence([900 BLOCK] Lee King Rd) for a short time but then walked up to his truck and he heard the motor of his truck leaving. He stated he heard my patrol car zoom back by the residence and that is when he realized that Lemieux had returned.

Inside of the F250, I found Lemieux’s flip flops sitting in the driver’s floorboard as if they had been worn by the driver and Lemieux’s wallet sitting on the center console which he originally told me was at the [WITNESSES]’s residence.

I spoke with [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #2] to confirm everything with them. [VICTIM #1] agreed that Lemieux had pushed her but she did not wish to press charges. [WITNESS #2] stated that he did not put his hands on her and that the mess in the back yard was the only thing else that he did. She stated he started throwing things out of anger. [VICTIM #1] was informed of the eviction process by myself for Lemieux as he stays there weeks at a time.

Lemieux’s F250 was removed by Buice’s towing. Lemieux was read Georgia’s Implied Consent Notice for Suspects Aged 21 or over for blood and he refused. Lemieux was then transported to the Monroe County Jail where he was turned over to Jail staff for further booking. A warrant for Disorderly Conduct was obtained along with citations for DUI refusal, Reckless driving and several others were issued.
