On July 19, 2026, approximately 01:44 hours, I Officer Dent was dispatched to 94 East Adams Street known as (Driven), located within the jurisdiction of Forsyth, Georgia, in reference to a group of people being loud, and screaming.
Upon my arrival, I spoke with a security employee working at Driven. The security employee advised that there was a physical altercation, and that they were seated in a white Mercedes Benz parked nearby.
I approached the vehicle, at which a female later identified as Ms. Kierra Davis exited the vehicle and immediately stated, “it was me”. I asked Ms. Davis what had occurred. Ms. Davis stated, “everybody is not your friend”, and advised that she had been in a veral altercation with another female because the female had “tried her.”
When I asked Ms. Davis to identify the other female involved, she began yelling profanities in a loud manner in front of a large crowd gathered outside the business. Based on my observation, Ms. Davis appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. While I was attempting to investigate the incident, Ms. Davis continued being loud, and cussing. Ms. Davis also was engaging into a fight with Ms. Sullivan.
While securing Ms. Davis in my patrol vehicle, Ms. Sullivan approached me and requested to provide a statement. Ms. Sullivan advised that she and Ms. Davis had become involved in a verbal dispute over a male. Ms. Sullivan stated that Ms. Davis believed she was interested in the male, causing the argument to escalate. Ms. Sullivan stated that Ms. Davis grabbed her by the hair and began swinging at her. Ms. Sullivan advised that she defended herself during the altercation. Ms. Sullivan also appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
Ms. Davis and Ms. Sullivan was both placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Both subjects were handcuffed, double locked, locked to the rear, and checked for fit. They were transported to the Monroe County jail without incident.
