On Thursday May 07, 2026 at approximately 1749 hours, I, Deputy Yeager was dispatched to the residence of [600 BLOCK] Lakeshore Dr. In reference to a disturbance referring to a male subject under his car port naked.
Upon arrival I made contact with the subject (Koska Nenad) who exited the door of his garage wearing a window curtain around his waist.
The window curtain was barely covering his body. I asked Koska why he was standing outside with no cloths on In the public eyes view where civilians can see him. He stated that his kitchen was under the car port and that he was on his own property not out In the open.
At this time I began to place Koska In handcuffs when he started to tighten up and resist me. Koska was given multiple verbal commands to stop resisting. I was able to place my handcuffs on him with his hands behind his back and placed him In the passenger side rear of my patrol vehicle.
I then made contact with the complaintant [VICTIM #1] who advised me that Koska had his dogs loose and were being aggressive. She stated she walked over to his residence and began yelling his name and that Is when she saw him under his car port with no cloths on his body beginning to cover up with a curtain. She stated she saw his genitals.
I notified the Jail sargent that I had a male with no cloths on en route to the jail In which he stated I needed to take him to the Monroe County hospital to get Koska medically cleared before the Jail staff could accept him.
I transported Koska to the Monroe County hospital where the staff began to do medical exams. Deputy Short #278 relieved me from the hospital where I then went back In service.
Once Koska was medically cleared he was transported back to the Monroe County Sheriff Office where he was booked In and turned over to the Jail staff.
Koaska will be charged with the following warrants:
Public Indecency – Misd.
Misd. Obstruction
I asked my dispatch to run a driver and criminal history on Koska which will be uploaded Into the linked files of the report.
