On February 4, 2023 at 1630 hours I, Sgt Sherrell, responded to 145 L Cary Bittick Dr in reference to a harrassing communications call, upon arrival I made contact with the complainant [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] stated that on February 3, 2023, Scott Bogulski posted false nformation on his page “[REDACTED]” about [VICTIM #1].
[VICTIM #1] stated that Bogulski posted that he was a child predator, had child porn and other inflamatory statements. [VICTIM #1] also stated that Bogulski had used a fake Facebook account under the name “[REDACTED]” and posted a picture of [VICTIM #1] pen*s on the site. [VICTIM #1] stated that the picute Bogulski had, he had sent to a female some time back. [VICTIM #1] also advised that Bogulski had found out he was talking to his ex-wife and sent him a threatening message on Facebook.
On February 5, 2023, Cpl Cochran and I made contact with Bogulski at his residence and advised him to stop posting about [VICTIM #1]. In addition, we advised him that posting a “vulgar image” to social media could get him into trouble, Bogulski stated that he did post the picute but he edited out some of the actual image.
This case will be fowarded to investigations to determine if charges are warranted for electronic transmissions of nude or sexually explicit material (O.C.G.A. 16-11-90).
