On the above date and time I was dispatched to the above address in reference to the complainant [VICTIM #1] stating that Andrew Garrett Reed pulled into her driveway after being told by a Deputy to not be back on her property. I was advised by dispatch that Mrs. [VICTIM #1] stated Mr. Reed was driving a white Honda passenger car with a rear spoiler and left northbound toward Springdale Estates Subdivision with her granddaughter [WITNESS #1], after she got into the vehicle with Mr. Reed.

As I was checking the area of Springdale Estates Subdivision on Hwy 225 S. I saw a white Honda Accord with a rear spoiler that matched the description giving from dispatch parked in the entrance of Chilewich Flooring. Chilewich Flooring is located at 1512 Hwy 225 S. which is across from Springdale Estates Subdivision.

As I was pulling into the drive of Chilewich Flooring I noticed there was a white male subject laying reclined back in the drivers seat and a white female sitting on the passenger side of the vehicle. I then advised dispatch of my location and advised them that I would be getting out to speak with the subject.

I then spoke with the driver and passenger who was identified by their GA ID’s as Andrew Garrett Reed and [WITNESS #1]. After establishing that I was out with the vehicle in question I advised Mr. Reed why I got out with him when I located his vehicle. Mr. Reed stated that he was taking his girlfriend Ms. [WITNESS #1] home and decided to pull over at Chilewich because he was having chest pains.

Mr. Reed then stepped out of the vehicle and began holding his chest and acting very nervous. I asked Mr. Reed if he needed me to have EMS come check him and he stated no. Mr. Reed then called his friend [REDACTED] and asked him to come pick him up. I then asked Mr. Reed if he had a GA drivers license due to him handing me a GA Identification card. Mr. Reed stated no.

I then ran Mr. Reeds OLN# on his GA I.D. and the tag on the vehicle through dispatch. I was advised by dispatch that Mr. Reed was unlicensed and that his vehicle did not have valid insurance. I then placed Mr. Reed under arrest and placed him in hand cuffs and checked for fit before double locking both cuff’s. I then requested list wrecker (Floods) to be enroute and released the vehicle to them upon their arrival.

I placed Mr. Reed in the back seat of my patrol car. Ms. [WITNESS #1] stated that she had family that lived across the street in Springdale Estates Subdivision and left walking to that location. I transported Mr. Reed to the Murray County Detention Center and turned him over to the jail staff without incident.

End of report.
