On 06/08/2022 while working speed detection on Ga. Hwy 2 W near Maddron Rd, I observed a vehicle traveling east on Ga 2 near Carson Ave. at a high rate of speed. I estimated the speed of the vehicle to be about 85 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. I then activated my Genniss II radar unit and observed a high pitch sound from the unit. The readout on the unit showed a speed of 88 MPH and the speed was climbing. The finial speed that was shown was 91 mph. As the vehicle passed, I pulled out behind the vehicle and activated my blue lights to stop the vehicle. The vehicle immediately stopped in the driveway of [1500 BLOCK] Ga. Hwy 2.

I made contact with the driver later identified as a Mr. Cameron Mandujano, DOB. [REDACTED]. I then asked Mr. Mandujano for his driver license and he stated that he had left his wallet at home but gave me his name and date of birth. I then had dispatch check the name and they advised that his license had expired on 07/28/2020. Mr. Mandujano was then placed under arrest for driving without a license and speeding. The vehicle was turned over to the owner and Mr. Mandujano was transported to the jail and turned over to jail staff.
