On November 8, 2024 at 11:36 PM I, Deputy Dillard was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Red Rd in reference to a disturbance.

I made contact with [VICTIM #1] outside of the residence at [300 BLOCK] Red Rd. He stated that Cameron Osborne had been outside yelling and cussing at him and [VICTIM #2]. He stated that he told Cameron to go somewhere else and that is when Cameron threaten him. He stated that this was not the first time Cameron has done this and that he wanted Cameron trespassed from his property and from speaking to his family.

I then relocated to [300 BLOCK] Red Rd to speak with [VICTIM #2]. I made contact with her at the front door of the residence. I then asked [VICTIM #2] what was going on and she stated that “Cameron got drunk and showing his a*s.” I then asked what he was yelling and cussing about and [VICTIM #2] stated his girl friend. [VICTIM #2] stated that Cameron stays there off and on. She stated that he was probably in the garage.

I asked Sergeant Hill and Sergeant Watson to check the garage to see if Cameron was there. [VICTIM #2] then stated that she told Cameron that he needed to calm down and that is when Cameron threaten to whoop her a*s. Both [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] stated that Cameron was outside yelling and cussing. They both stated that Cameron threaten to whoop their a*s.

Sergeant Hill then yelled for me to come over to where he was at. Both SFC Hill and SFC Watson were in the garage with Cameron. I informed SFC Hill that I would have charges on Cameron. Cameron was asked to get up and he refused mulitple times. Cameron was placed in handcuffs and walked to the back of my vehicle. Cameron was then placed in the back seat of my vehicle and transport to the Murray County Detention Center. Cameron will be charged with Disorderly Conduct (42-1).
