I, Deputy Hall was dispatched to speak with [VICTIM #1] at the Sheriff’s Office in reference to stalking/harassment.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she has been on and off with a guy for the last 4 years (Chris Dalton). Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that he has showed up at her work in Dalton starting stuff and he has been told not to come back and I advised her that if he shows back up to have the supervisor call 911. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that in 2022 she found a hidden camera in his bedroom. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that Mr. Dalton lives on the same road just across from her.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that Mr. Dalton has made a meme of her (nude) from the videos and sent it out from a fake Facebook that he made acting as her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that he has also been advising people that she sleeps with colored people, that she is going to get people fired from her job, and that she has diseases. The screen shot of her is from a video that was took in 2022. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that she did consent to do a sexual video a few months back and thinks he is going to take screen shots of her and send to people. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that the screen shot was sent to someone she knows [REDACTED] and advised that he lives in Woodstock at an unknown location and knows him only through Facebook.
Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised that Mr. Dalton has also followed her several times to different locations and she was advised to call 911 if she sees that he is following her so we can try to make contact with them while he is following.
