On 10/22/2024 at 1055, I Deputy Weaver along with Cpl. Pitts and Deputy Magness responded to [2500 BLOCK] Hwy 52 Alt due to a active fight in progress.
All units arrived and spoke to all parties. Crystal Hernandez told me that her sister [VICTIM #1] got mad at her about money and all they done was argue until Emilee Greer come over to her and beat her up.
Emilee said she was in the yard when she heard Crystal and [VICTIM #1] arguing and looked over and that is when Crystal punched [VICTIM #1] in the face. Emilee said she then ran over [VICTIM #1] who is in a wheel chair and began to fight with Crystal.
[VICTIM #1] said that Crystal has been talking out of her head and [VICTIM #1] asked her what she is on and that is when Crystal got into [VICTIM #1]’s face and punched her. [VICTIM #1] did not have any markings on her face.
[WITNESS #1] said that he heard Crystal hit [VICTIM #1] and then seen Emilee come over to protect [VICTIM #1] by fighting with her.
Emilee did say that she has a Bond Condition to stay away from Crystal and [VICTIM #1], the Bond Condition was confirmed. Emilee did advise us that she is 2-3 months pregnant. Emilee was then placed under arrest and placed into the rear of Deputy Magness’s car and then restraints was placed in the front of her person after she sat down in car.
Crystal was then placed under arrest and transported to the Murray County Detention Center for Disorderly Conduct 42-1.
Witness forms was filled out by [VICTIM #1] and [WITNESS #1] and the documents will be turned into evidence.
