On 12/23/2023 at 0829, I Deputy Weaver respond to [7100 BLOCK] State Route Highway 225 South due to [REDACTED] saying that Dustin Sloan was going crazy and throwing rock at cars and had left the residence and was walking towards the Dollar General on Maple Grove Church Road.

I then made contact with Dustin at the intersection of State Route Highway 225 South and Oak Hills Road. I then detained Dustin and completed a frisk search and found in his shorts pocket a clear glass smoking pipe that did contain a white substance inside that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Dustin also said that the substance was methamphetamine and thought it was legal to posess. Also during the process of the frisk search I did find in his pocket a pill, to the best of my knowledge was a Percoset from the research I completed on the pill.

I then placed Dustin under arrest and went to [REDACTED] address but was unable to make contact with her but did make contact with [VICTIM #1] and he did say that Dustin was going crazy again and began to break a radio in the house that did belong to Dustin himself and also went outside and was throwing rocks at him and vehicles that passed by on State Route Highway 255 South from the driveway to the residence.

Dustin was then transported to the Murray County Detention Center and turned over to the jail staff for the booking process of the charges he has completed. Dustin was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Possession of methamphetamine, Possession and use of drug related object and Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance for the Percoset.
