On 03-17-2024 @ 10:40 AM I was dispatched to a second call for the morning at [900 BLOCK] Duvall Road. This time it was a hang up call to 911 and dispatch couldn’t get anyone to answer when they called back.

Before I reached the call, Dispatch advised me that City Officer Doug Brown with the Chatsworth Police Department had received a call from a citizen stating a fight was in progress at the location I was enroute to. Deputy Weaver and I was enroute at this time and we stepped up our response due to the fight in progress. Just before our arrival Officer Brown went on scene.

I arrived seconds behind Deputy Weaver. When I exited my patrol unit Deputy Weaver had a taser drawn at Ezra Milton giving him verbal commands to put his hands behind his back. As I was walking up the subject appeared to start walking away from the Deputy and still wasn’t adhering to his commands. While Deputy Weaver had his taser drawn pointed towards the subject Ezra Milton I walked up to him and put his hands behind his back where then he was cuffed. He refused to cooperate and become somewhat irate. I told Deputy Weaver to take him away to the porch where I could speak with the female who appeared to be more cooperative at the time.

Deputy Weaver said he was going to place him in the back of his patrol car for the time and so he did. As he was placing him in the back Ezra Milton began to resist the Deputy’s commands and Deputy Weaver had to push his head down to prevent it from hitting the roof of the car and then push him back inside the car. Ezra Milton then wouldn’t move his foot/leg to the floor board which prevented the door to shut. With the help of the city Officer’s we got Ezra Milton inside the back seat and the door shut.

I then began to speak with the female [VICTIM #1]. Through our conversation Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated the argument had started when Ezra shut the bedroom door wanting sex. [VICTIM #1] said she was very sweaty and didn’t want to have sex so Ezra got mad and the argument began. [VICTIM #1] states she was going to leave to get some space and take her son but Ezra didn’t like that so she decided just walk to a close by lake near her residence but Ezra didn’t like that either so he was following her screaming and cursing at her. This is where the passerby apparently had called Officer Doug Brown and the call was created.

Deputy Weaver transported Mr. Milton to the Murray County Detention Center for the booking process on a single charge of Disorderly Conduct under the County Ordinance through the Magistrate Court.
