On 12/18/2023, I spoke to a Ms. [VICTIM #1] in reference to a male subject on her property. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she noticed a male subject going through both of her pickup trucks and then kicked them. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she opened her front door and told the male subject, later identified as a Mr. Hayden Rogers, that he needed to leave, and he told her “Fu*k you bit*h”.

Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that she then shut her door as he was approaching the door. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Rogers then kicked her door and attempted to open the door but could not get it open. Mr. Rogers then started to leave and grabbed a light that was in her front yard and continued down the driveway. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that when she opened the door back up, Mr. Rogers was halfway down her driveway and proceeded to pull down his pants and expose his buttocks to her. Mr. Rogers then started walking down the road and was picked up by a female in a white van.

I then gave a lookout to other responding units for the van. S25, Deputy Garren stated that he then located the van with the subject at the Dollar General Store in Springplace.
