On February 20, 2026, I, Deputy Brown was dispatched to [REDACTED] in reference to a sexual assault call. The patient/victim was an [REDACTED BY AGENCY] juvenile. She was at the Medical Center with her mother, [WITNESS #1]. They were in [REDACTED] of the Emergency Room. When I entered the room, I seen [WITNESS #1] [REDACTED] at a monitor inside the room. I collected [WITNESS #1] and the JUVENILE information. I was informed that the suspect was Jonathan Roach, [REDACTED]. The incident occurred at [REDACTED], Chatsworth, GA.

I inquired about when the incident occurred. I was advised 2 days ago and yesterday. [WITNESS #1] advised that she found out that Mr. Roach was doing something to the JUVENILE when she was sleeping. [WITNESS #1] advised he was doing it like doggie and forcing the JUVENILE to give him oral sex. I asked if there were penetration of the p*nis to the v*gina. I was advised tat she didn’t know for sure and was at the Medical Center to determine that. She advised that Mr. Roach told her he didn’t do anything with her, but she could see it on the video. She advised that the camera is only live action and doesn’t record.

As I was speaking, I could see the JUVENILE crying, and I then found out that the JUVENILE could understand and knew what I was asking. I then asked if the JUVENILE disclosed anything. I was informed yes, [WITNESS #1] said she was with [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. [WITNESS #1] told the JUVENILE that she could open up and didn’t have to be embarrassed. [WITNESS #1] then [REDACTED].

I exited the room and placed a call to SFC Harrison. I spoke to him and advised him of the JUVENILES’ age, and he advised he would call the on-call Detective. Afterwards he got back to me and advised that the mother and JUVENILE would need to be transported to [REDACTED] and Detective McEntire would meet me there. I transported the mother and JUVENILE to the [REDACTED] and met with Detective McEntire in the parking lot and turned both mother and JUVENILE over to him. I will also be making a DFACS referral regarding this case.
