[NARRATIVE #1 on September 15, 2026]

On 09/15/2026 I, SFC Watson, was requested by Deputy Elrod to assist with a call and the Murray County Sheriff’s Office. She had a body camera on, but I did not. I advised her to make sure the camera was turned on.

We then stepped outside and spoke to [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] explained that she is getting harassing phone calls and messages from Larry Ingram Jr. I was aware that this had been an ongoing issue. Deputy Elrod said she had taken a warrant on Mr. Ingram in the past due to this issue. I had Deputy Elrod see if there was a bond condition forbidding Larry from contacting [VICTIM #1]. A short time later, she told me there was.

[VICTIM #1] showed me on her phone that she had received 8 voicemails from Larry Ingram on 09/14/2026 between 03:57 and 22:30. I listened to some of the messages. There was also text of the voicemails on the phone. The messages were vulgar and harassing in nature. They included Mr. Ingram bragging about his sexual prowess and accusing [VICTIM #1] of being with someone else. I sent the messages to my email from her phone, but have not yet received the emails. When I do, I will attempt to submit them into evidence. I did tell [VICTIM #1] to save the messages. I also advised her she could seek a TPO from the Superior Court and referred her to Domestic Violence Outreach. She said she wants Larry to leave her alone and is afraid he will show up at her home. I told her to call 911 if he does. She said she thinks he drove by her home earlier and may be at Petty Park.

I went to GCIC to confirm there was a bond condition. I saw that there was a bond condition that said Larry Eddie Ingram Jr is to have no contact, including by phone, with [VICTIM #1]. The bond condition was from the Murray County Magistrate Court and was signed on July 9, 2026.

Deputy Elrod and I then went to Petty Park, but did not locate Mr. Ingram. I then took a warrant on Larry Eddie Ingram Jr for aggravated stalking.

[NARRATIVE #2 on September 15, 2026]

On September 15th, 2026, at approximately 2003 hours, I, Deputy D. Neelley, was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Kelly Road in reference to harassing communications. It was soon discovered that the call was related to a prior report, under case number 2026-47239, that was handled by Sergeant Watson.

I later arrived at the residence, where I spoke to the caller/victim [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that Mr. Larry Ingram, even after previously filing a police report, continues to call and text her, both on her landline phone and cell phone. Ms. [VICTIM #1] directed my attention to her landline phone, which displayed 52 voicemails. Ms. [VICTIM #1] played a variety of different voicemails, all from the same voice. One of the voicemails included the subject stating his name was “Larry,” which supported her claim that it was Mr. Ingram.

The voicemails left on Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s cell phone displayed to be from no phone number, and displayed as “No Caller ID.” The messages from both phones included Mr. Ingram stating that Ms. [VICTIM #1] repeatedly texts him, him expressing knowledge of previously filed police reports, and explicit language, which was calling Ms. [VICTIM #1] a “who*e” while stating “you can’t turn a who*e into a housewife.”

Ms. [VICTIM #1] also showed me texts messages from an unknown number, which displayed similar explicit messages, as well as three nude/explicit photographs of Ms. [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that the voicemails and messages were not shown to Sergeant Watson during his report, as most were received after the initial report was taken, which I later confirmed.

Due to the repeated harassing phone calls, and violation of a no-contact bond condition placed by the Murray County Magistrate Court, additional warrants for harassing phone calls and a second aggravated stalking warrant was filed against Mr. Ingram. I referred Ms. [VICTIM #1] to the superior court to continue the TPO process, and provided her a case card to obtain a copy of the incident reports.

[NARRATIVE #3 on September 24, 2026]

On 09/24/2026 I, SFC Watson, was approached in the parking lot of the Murray County Jail by [VICTIM #1].

[VICTIM #1] reported she had missed two calls from the jail. She believes they are from Larry Ingram, who is not supposed to call her. She also said a girl who recently got out of jail told her to go to Larry’s house to feed his cat. I advised her not to do that. I had the jail Captain check to see if he called [VICTIM #1] from the jail. He said there was no record of anyone calling her. I did call the jail and ask Jailers to ask Larry if there was an animal that needed to be fed. Jailers later advised me that Larry said his cat was locked in the house and there was nobody to feed it. They also advised me that he had been denied bond. I advised dispatch to notify Floyd County about the situation with the cat.
