On 03/02/2022 I was contacted by the Narcotics Division. in reference to a silver in color Chevrolet Equinox at the Favorite Market 101 on Hwy 225 N and Red Cut Rd that possible had narcotics in it.

I then drove by the store and identified the vehicle and went north to MCFD station 3 and parked in the parking lot to wait for the vehicle. Detectives advised me as the vehicle passed and I then pulled out to follow the vehicle and gain a cause to stop it. The vehicle made a left turn onto Ridgeview Lane and continued west. I turned to follow the vehicle and noticed that as the vehicle was going through the curve it crossed the center yellow line. I then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle at the intersection of Fieldview Ct.

I then made contact with the driver, a Ms. Regina Blackwell and the passenger, a Ms. Heather Goble. I advised Ms. Blackwell of the reason for the stop and asked for ID’s on both subjects. While speaking with the subjects I noticed that both subjects appeared to be extremely nervous and did not want to make eye contact.

After checking both subjects ID’s dispatch advised that Ms. Goble had a warrant for Probation Violation. Ms. Goble was then placed into custody. At that time the narcotics detectives arrived and the scene was turned over to them. I later transported both females to the Murray County Jail and they were turned over to jail staff.
