On October the 21st, 2024 I, Murray County Deputy Sheriff Jeff Pritchard, met with complainant, [VICTIM #1], at the Murray County Sheriff’s Office in reference to her reporting an incident of domestic violence.

Complainant reports that on Friday October 18th, 2024 between the hours a 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. she was assaulted by her husband at their home at [300 BLOCK] Monte Carlo Drive Chatsworth, Murray County, Georgia 30705.

Complainant states her husband’s name is Robert Lynn Jones, date of birth [REDACTED].

Complainant states suspect Jones was locked in his room with his mistress (identity unknown to complainant), and that when he came out of his room an argument ensued between complainant and suspect Jones.

Complainant reports that suspect Jones had what she believes to be was a 22 caliber revolver in his hand, and that he hit complainant on the back of the head with the butt of the revolver. There are also several other instances in which suspect Jones hit complainant. Complainant has video. Complainant sustained a chipped tooth in the attack.

Complainant stated that her father from Kentucky is coming to town to stay with her. I urged complainant to seek a TPO against suspect Jones and to consider going with her father back to Kentucky, at least temporarily. Complainant stated that she was considering doing just that.

State warrant number CR-2024-13568 for Aggravated Assault (Family Violence), was sworn out for Robert Lynn Jones.
