On 04/13/2024 at 1446, I Deputy Weaver along with SFC. Amos responded to [1200 BLOCK] Bracket Ridge Road to speak with Stacey Baggett due to a complaint on another Deputy for a foot pursuit that occurred earlier this day.

Earlier that day we was out at [1200 BLOCK] Bracket Ridge Road for another call of service when a male subject took off running when myself and SFC. Amos arrived. I chased the male into the woods until I lost sight of him. Where I was at I did not have radio service and other units and dispatch was able to make contact with me. I then went back to where the pursuit first took place and Deputy Garren said there was a female that come from outside the residence yelling and cussing at him and then she went back in and wouldn’t come to the door.

Later into the day Stacey who was the female that yelled and cussed at Deputy Garren wanted to file a complaint for Deputy Garren cussing at her. I then called Deputy Garren and asked him if she was being disorderly and he said yes. Myself and SFC. Amos responded and she did admit coming outside and yelling at Deputy Garren for being in her yard.

I then place Stacey under arrest and transported her the Murray County Detention Center to be booked in on disorderly conduct (42-1).
