On August 2, 2025, Deputy Windom, Deputy N. Smith, and I, Deputy Brown, were dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Twin Lakes Road in reference to a domestic call. On scene contact was made with the caller, [VICTIM #1], witness [WITNESS #1], and the suspect Timothy Joseph Lewallen. Timothy Joseph Lewallen was visible intoxicated sitting in the kitchen area of the residence, [WITNESS #1] and [VICTIM #1] was in the living room area of the residence.

I spoke to [VICTIM #1], who advised that Timothy Joseph Lewallen started drinking beer today and when he does, he gets confrontational with her and his father [WITNESS #1]. She said that when he started getting loud with her and his father, she told him that she was calling for law enforcement to come talk to him he came at her trying to get her cell phone to keep her from calling 911. She held her cell phone behind her back to keep herself between him and the cell phone but when she got to her chair, he pushed her and took her cell phone from her. When she finally got her cell phone back that’s when she called for law enforcement to come to the residence .

I spoke to [WITNESS #1] next. He advised that he was in his bedroom when he heard his son start arguing with [VICTIM #1] and that’s when he got up to try and get him to go lay down and go to sleep. He said when he took his son with him to town and his store came out of a store drinking beer he knew the day would go bad. He and [VICTIM #1] had been trying to get him to go lay down, but he just wanted to argue with them.

Timothy Joseph Lewallen was arrested for simple battery on a person 65 years or older and hindering a 911 call. He was transported to the Murray County Detention Center and turned over to the Detention Staff on duty.
