On December 24, 2020 I, Deputy Brown was dispatched to [200 BLOCK] Edd Ridley Road in reference to threats and trespassing.
On scene I met with Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #1]. Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #1] said that they was at the residence when a vehicle they didn’t recognize pulled up in the driveway. They said that Mr. Tyler Holcomb who is Ms. [WITNESS #1]’s ex-boyfriend got out of the vehicle and started beating on the door of the residence threatening Mr. [VICTIM #1].
Mr. [VICTIM #1] and Ms. [WITNESS #1] said that he was demanding for Mr. [VICTIM #1] to come outside where he could fight him. They also said that Mr. Holcomb was telling Ms. [WITNESS #1] to come outside. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said that Mr. Holcomb beat on his door so hard that it dented his door.
Mr. [VICTIM #1] said that when Mr. Holcomb was leaving that he made a punching motion to the rear back tire of his vehicle. Mr. [VICTIM #1] said that now the tire if flat. I asked Ms. [WITNESS #1] about the tire. She advised she didn’t see the action that Mr. Holcomb did but the tire was pumped up before Mr. Holcomb got to the residence and after he left it was flat.
I called and spoke to Mr. Holcomb. He advised that Ms. [WITNESS #1] had SnapChat him that she wanted him to come pick her up be she only knew that she was just off Brown Bridge Road. Mr. Holcomb said he found someone to bring him to the area and they searched the area until they found Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s residence. Mr. Holcomb said that he went and knocked on the front door and asked for Ms. [WITNESS #1] to come outside. He said once she wouldn’t come outside so he left.
Mr. Holcomb denied trying to get Mr. [VICTIM #1] to come outside to fight him or doing anything to the tire on Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s vehicle. Mr. Holcomb said there was two other men in the vehicle with him. When I asked for their names and phone numbers he advised that he really didn’t know them and didn’t know their phone numbers. He advised they just gave him a ride to Mr. [VICTIM #1]’s residence.
I also spoke to Ms. [WITNESS #1] alone and she denied telling Mr. Holcomb to come pick her up. Ms. [WITNESS #1] said that she didn’t want to be around Mr. Holcomb.
A trespassing warrant will be wrote for Mr. Holcomb for his actions at the residence.
Nothing further at this time.
