Vehicle one was traveling west on Oak Hill Road approaching SR 212 when it rear ended vehicle two. Driver one stated that vehicle one was brake checking him causing him to rear end vehicle two.

Vehicle two was traveling west on Oak Hill Road approaching SR 212 when it was rear ended by vehicle one. Driver two stated that the light had turned green, and he was getting ready to make a left onto SR 212. Driver two stated that there was a car that was coming so he did not turn. He stated when he had stopped to allow the car to continue straight across from the opposite direction he was rear ended.

Driver one is at fault and was arrested and cited.
