On April 29th, 2023, at approximately 18:30 hours, I responded to a family fight in the area of Macedonia Church Road, Oxford, Georgia, 30054.
Upon my arrival, the complainant stated that the offender, who is his son, assaulted him by pushing and hitting him. Through further investigation, I observed video footage on the father’s cell phone and observed the offender pushing and hitting the complainant on the arm and chest area.
I arrested the offender; the offender was transported to the Newton County Jail, and warrants were obtained.
