On 06/04/2026 I, Deputy Adams #3612, responded to the [1100 BLOCK] Sagefield Dr Watkinsville GA 30677 regarding a call for an assault during a Domestic dispute. I was informed by the caller that her husbands best friend and his daughter reside with her family for over a year at their home.
The caller also stated that during dinner, she asked her friends’ daughter to not scrape her uneaten food back into the serving bowl, when the daughter reacted by throwing the bowl at the caller. The heavy ceramic bowl struck the caller in the face after glancing off of her arm. The bowl knocked out two teeth and caused substantial pain to her face and arm. The caller’s daughter was present in the kitchen and witnessed the attack with the bowl.
When I arrived at the scene and approached the suspect she stated “I have [REDACTED BY AGENCY] and I have no Regulator”. I interviewed the suspect, and she stated she was mad at the caller for correcting her to not place her dinner back into the serving bowl, and she also stated “she was unable to control her reaction when it became violent due to [REDACTED BY AGENCY].”
The caller and her daughter stated that there was no argument before the violent reaction. The suspect’s father stated she was not prescribed any medication but that she was diagnosed with [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Battery, while the injured caller was transported to the hospital via National EMS.
