On 6/4/2026 at about 2227 hours I responded to assist with a group of people about to fight in the Oconee Connector area.
Upon arrival I saw a group of people standing near Deputy Annessa Glenn and a State Patrol Trooper and 3 young people sitting on a curb with Sgt Ogan. I was advised the subjects with Sgt Ogan had been doing burn outs in the parking lot of 1791 Oconee Connector and the group with Deputy Glenn were recording the burn outs so they could show Sheriff’s Office personnel they weren’t the ones doing it if Law Enforcement arrived on scene.
I was told by all the people on scene a male in a red vehicle had been the one doing the burn out and they stated the red car left when they told him law enforcement was coming. I was advised that the red car returned with a subject in a blue SUV returned and the subjects with Sgt Ogan had approached them wanting to fight. I was shown a video by the witness and I saw a male suspect in black clothing, later identified as Saw Hey, approach and start asking if someone wanted to fight. The victim approached the Hey who walked up onto the victim and stood over her in threatening manner.
After viewing the video the trooper took custody of the driver of the red car and I made contact with Hey. I advised Hey he was under arrest for Disorderly conduct due to the manner in which he approached the group and the manner in which he approached the victim. Hey was transported to the Oconee County Jail where he was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
I had the witness email me the videos. Those videos were burned to disc and entered into evidence locker #4.
