On September 28th, 2026, at approximately 1950 hours, I, Deputy Owens, responded to [REDACTED] in reference to a report of a disturbance.
When I arrived, I spoke to the complainant, [VICTIM #1], she informed me of the following:
She has been letting her brother stay with her. On today’s date, her brothers’ son, [WITNESS #1] was over at the residence. [WITNESS #1] and her son, [VICTIM #2], got into a physical altercation. [WITNESS #1] went and told his dad and he called [WITNESS #1]s’ mother to come get [WITNESS #1]. She and [WITNESS #1]s’ mother, Brandy Williams were on the phone and it continued into an argument about the physical altercation.
When Brandy arrived to get [WITNESS #1], she got out of the car and continued to yell and curse at her. Brandy got back into her car, she then proceeded to reverse her car up then aggressively accelerated the vehicle in the direction of [VICTIM #2] and herself.
Brandy then continued to drive off.
I then spoke to [VICTIM #2], he informed me of the following:
He and [WITNESS #1] have been in many altercations in the past. On today’s date, [WITNESS #1] went and told his dad, and Brandy also found out. Brandy called [VICTIM #1] and began cursing at her. When she arrived at the location. Brandy tried to “run us over” he stated. He was able to jump off to the side.
Both [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2] informed me that another child in the home witnessed the incident, [WITNESS #2].
[VICTIM #1] provided me with the video footage of the incident. I observed a black SUV being driven by the suspect, Brandy Williams. Brandy was screaming and irate, she then hastily backed the vehicle up, then quickly accelerated towards the direction of [VICTIM #2] and [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #2] jumped and ran to the yard, on the other side of the vehicle.
[VICTIM #1] continued standing in her driveway and stated “Yeah, that’s what I thought”. Brandy then backed out and proceeded to drive away.
[VICTIM #1] stated that she would like to press charges. I informed her that warrants will be obtained. [VICTIM #1] was provided with the case number and information on the eviction, and Temporary Protection Order process.
The footage obtained on scene has been uploaded to the I-drive.
