On May 24, 2026, at approximately 18:08, I, Deputy Ellerbee, was dispatched to a subject complaint at 59 Hillside Trace, Dollar Tree. The complainant called for a customer who reported to her that another customer flashed their genitalia at the customer. They were unable to identify the suspect and his vehicle.

Upon arriving at the scene, I spoke with the customer, [WITNESS #1], who got flashed while shopping in the Dollar Tree. She stated that she was shopping for a greeting card in aisle 1 when she walked to aisle 2 and passed the suspect, who was standing looking at cards. She stated that as she got closer to the suspect, she noticed that he had his genitalia out and stated that he was not flaccid.

[WITNESS #1] stated that when she noticed his public indecency, she kept walking to the front of the store and told the assistant manager, [WITNESS #2]. This is when they said the suspect left the store and got into a red sedan with a large red spoiler and a partial plate reading PRRS. [WITNESS #1] stated the suspect was a 5’09” light-skinned male with a curly afro, burgundy pants, a black jacket, a white shirt, and had corded headphones.

I spoke with assistant manager, [WITNESS #2], who stated that she was at the front of the store when [WITNESS #1] came to her and informed her of the situation, and this is when she called 911. She also confirmed the suspect’s description and vehicle description. [WITNESS #2] was unable to show me camera footage because she has to get permission from corporate, and it takes a while.

The incident happened approximately around 18:00. A report was taken and I returned to service.
