On 08/05/2026, I responded to a subject complaint at [70 BLOCK] Log Cabin Drive in the area of the [REDACTED] building. The initial caller, [WITNESS #1], stated that a female, Teri Larick, threatened and pushed her 11-year-old son during a dispute outside. Teri also called 911.

Upon arrival, I first encountered Teri in front of the [REDACTED] building. She stated there had been a dispute between [WITNESS #1]’s son, identified as [VICTIM #1], and her 11-year-old son, [WITNESS #2]. She said she got involved to defend her son but denied ever touching [VICTIM #1]. She stated she would stand by in the parking lot while I went to go meet with [WITNESS #1] and other parties involved in front of the [REDACTED] building.

Upon speaking with [WITNESS #1], she stated Teri cussed at her son in front of 2 of his friends and shoved [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] was uninjured but appeared visibly shaken. [WITNESS #1] also said Teri came and got in her face in front of the [REDACTED] building but never touched her. [WITNESS #1]’s husband, [WITNESS #3], had to separate them.

I spoke with [VICTIM #1] who did say Teri shoved him as well as called him names, such as “b*tch,” “as*hole,” and used the word “f*ck” towards him. I also spoke with [VICTIM #1]’s friends that were with him, [WITNESS #4], 10-years-old, and [WITNESS #5], 8-years-old, and they said they both saw Teri shove push [VICTIM #1] and use multiple words that are regularly known to be profanity.

After speaking with [WITNESS #3] and [WITNESS #1], they said they would not press charges at this time for Teri shoving [VICTIM #1] but were interested in a TPO, and I advised them of the process. I advised [WITNESS #3] and [WITNESS #1] they could apply for a warrant at a later date if they changed their mind.

Due to my investigation and evidence involving Teri using profanity towards [VICTIM #1], which was overheard by 2 other juveniles under the age of 14, I placed Teri under arrest for 3 counts of Disorderly Conduct. I double-locked the handcuffs behind her back and checked them for fit.

Teri’s sister-in-law, [REDACTED], was contacted and came to pick up Teri’s 3 children, per Teri’s request and consent.

I transported Teri to the PCSO Jail for book-in. I took out 3 warrants on her for Disorderly Conduct. I handed the Jail copies of the warrants over to Lieutenant Camp, #1229.
