On September 13th, 2026, I, Deputy Langston #1382, Deputy Passig #1369, and Deputy Whiteman #1480, were dispatched to a burglary in progress at [100 BLOCK] Baywood X’ing. After being dispatched to a burglary in progress at [100 BLOCK] Baywood X’ing, Deputy Passig and Deputy Whiteman arrived on scene first and began searching the area for signs of forced entry. When I arrived on scene, no signs were present, and we attempted to make contact with the homeowner. Speaking with a tenant who lives at the residence, [VICTIM #1], we advised her of the reason for our being at the residence, and she wanted us to search the inside of the property for her safety.

The initial call was placed by an individual who said his name was [REDACTED] and drove for Uber. He stated that after dropping an individual off in the neighborhood, he saw what appeared to be two males wearing all black making entry into the residence. Searching the residence, there was no sign of any attempt of entry into the property present, with only she and her son were inside.

Speaking with [VICTIM #1], she stated that she believes she is being harassed by either her ex-boyfriend Troy Browne, [REDACTED], or [REDACTED]. The property is owned by [REDACTED], who is dating [REDACTED], which she believes is retaliation due to her living in the property with her boyfriend.

Asking [VICTIM #1] if she knew anyone by the name of [REDACTED], who was the complainant for this call, or if she knew of anyone with the phone number [REDACTED BY AGENCY], which was the number used for this call. [VICTIM #1] stated she didn’t, but her ex-boyfriend had the same area code, which is from Boston. An attempt was made to make contact with the complainant using the number provided by dispatch, but it was unsuccessful during this call for service. [VICTIM #1] stated that earlier this month another call was placed to CPS regarding false allegations against the property Owner, [REDACTED], and her son, which [VICTIM #1] stated were not true at all.

It is believed at this time that this call for service placed on today’s date could be a swatting call. Who placed the call is still undetermined, with [VICTIM #1] believing it could be any of the parties listed as other in this report. Also, she mentioned that a fake Facebook post was created by an individual named [REDACTED] who alleged false statements about [VICTIM #1].

As far as the initial call for service, the burglary was determined to be unfounded, with no signs of entry or anyone matching the description given in the area. All other information was added to this report to document [VICTIM #1] believing she is being harassed by one of these individuals. However, no concrete evidence is present at this time.
