On August 29, 2026 at approximately 1955 hours I responded to 8876 Dallas Acworth Highway, the business of Kroger, for the report of public indecency.
Upon arriving on scene I met with [VICTIM #1], who explained that while she was returning her grocery cart after leaving Kroger she was beckoned by a male in a white Kia Rondo bearing Georgia tag [REDACTED]. [VICTIM #1] said the vehicle had a black passenger-side fender, appearing as though it had been repaired. [VICTIM #1] said the male, who she described as white and heavyset with red hair and a red beard, told her that she was beautiful and that he wanted to show her something. [VICTIM #1] said the male then presented his p*nis to her. [VICTIM #1] said the male drove off. [VICTIM #1] said she attempted to follow the male until he entered Dallas Acworth Highway traveling north.
I ran the tag of the suspect vehicle through GCIC and received a return for the registered owner, Wesley Milam (GA OLN [REDACTED]). The GCIC photo of Milam showed that he was a heavyset white male with red hair and a red beard. I attempted to call Milam at both numbers listed on the GCIC return but received no answer.
I went inside Kroger and viewed video from the time of the incident. The video did not show the incident itself as it was just out of frame, but the video did place Milam’s vehicle in the parking lot at the time of the incident.
