On Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 11:48 hours, I, Ofc. Richardson, of the City of Byron Police Department, responded non-emergency, to [100 BLOCK] Alpine Drive, which is inside the City limits of Byron, Ga, in reference to a 911 misdial.

While en route, I was advised by Peach E-911, via radio, the call was being changed, the caller advised a male in a burgundy truck and he had fired a shot in the area and headed towards the PD.

Upon arrival, I made contact with [VICTIM #1]. [VICTIM #1] said his co-worker, [VICTIM #2], came over and was having lunch when her husband came over. [VICTIM #1] said Justin Chambers came into the driveway honking his car horn. [VICTIM #1] said Justin came to the door asking to talk with [VICTIM #2] and she went outside to talk with him. [VICTIM #1] said he saw them walk across the yard. [VICTIM #1] said it looked like he had thrown her phone. [VICTIM #1] said he went to the door and was saying they could come into the house and talk and Justin began to take his anger out on him. [VICTIM #1] said Justin went to the truck and while going to the truck was threatening him. [VICTIM #1] said Justin opened the driver side door of the truck he was driving and produced a gun and aimed the gun by pointing it at or in the area of [VICTIM #1] and [VICTIM #2]. [VICTIM #1] said he went into the house to get a gun, from his safe, to protect himself. [VICTIM #1] said while inside he heard the gun go off outside the house. [VICTIM #1] said when he went to the door Justin was gone and [VICTIM #2] was not hurt outside.

[VICTIM #2] said Justin pulled into the driveway at [100 BLOCK] Alpine Drive honking his horn to get attention. [VICTIM #2] said when she went outside to talk with him, Justin began accusing her of cheating with [VICTIM #1] and took her phone from her hands and threw the phone across the yard. [VICTIM #2] said as she walked over to get the phone. Justin cut her off, got the phone again, and threw the phone for a second time across the street into the other yard. [VICTIM #2] said she went and got her phone out of the other yard and came back to [100 BLOCK] Alpine Drive. [VICTIM #2] said he was going to his truck and he aimed by pointing a gun, [VICTIM #2] said was a .22 cal, at or in the area of [VICTIM #1] and herself. [VICTIM #2] said Justin was threatening both parties and he got in his truck. [VICTIM #2] said he pointed the gun out the window, aiming into the air and fired one shot. [VICTIM #2] said she crouched down and placed herself in between two vehicles in the yard. [VICTIM #2] said Justin then pulled off from the house heading towards Howard Street.
